| Presently I see people in my home office in the Old South part of London, Ontario at 40 Windsor Avenue (between Wortley and Rideout Sts.) for individual, marital, family or group psychotherapy. I also see clients in a office I rent from Dr. Peter Zelina at his private office at 29 Centre Street West in Richmond Hill, Ontario. I can provide workshops and seminars at various locations as needed. I do not provide emergency services and I am not a medical doctor. For more on this, please see the services page here. For individual, marital and/or family therapy (if someone is paying me directly) I charge $60.00 to $90.00 per hour on a sliding scale - based on what the person feels able or wants to pay. Let me make that more explicit: I do not determine the rate other than it being within that range. I let you decide what you feel comfortable paying anywhere between $60 and $90 per hour. My group therapy prices are based on providing a minimum fee for my services. For instance, I will be looking to start a 1.5 hour weekly Saturday Mindfulness Beyond Your Autopilot group. This would basically be $80 per four weekly sessions so long as I have a minimum of 6 people. The maximum would be 10. My services are not covered by OHIP and only in some cases would be covered by third party insurance (i.e. through your employer, etc.) I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, so if your employer's coverage does extend to someone with that training and credentials, please contact your human resources department to see what they require for you to obtain service from me and for them to pay for my services. . I do provide services through SOLAREH and their Posaction program. They offer Employee Assistance Services through certain insurance plans with specific employers - for instance London's French language school board system. You could check if your EAP program is provided by Posaction/Solareh. My rates for psychotherapy provided by telephone are also on the same sliding scale, paid through PayPal (which can be done on the home page of this site or just to the left here.) Psychotherapy by phone could thus be to anyone in any area of the U.S. or Canada where it is legal. As I have a long distance plan that covers the States and Canada I cover any phone call cost. I'd be happy to talk to someone for free for a first ten minute consultation for you to find out if I 'sound right' (!) for you. See my comments about my style here.
